Medical chronologies include everything from a client's records that would normally go into their demand letter, but the facts are listed in a more direct, bullet-pointed style and juxtaposed with additional details that would typically be omitted from the demand letter due to either a perceived negative connotation or a lack of relevance to the case. These potentially harmful or seemingly irrelevant portions of a client's records, while often considered unhelpful in building a compelling argument for insurance reimbursement purposes, can be vital parts of a medical chronology and key to furthering an attorney's understanding of their client's full scope of treatment.
